We had a good stay! Beautiful beach! Food overall was my favorite part of the trip. Very tasty, good variety and big portions. Things to note are: hotel is 1:30 hr away from airport, the pool closes at 6pm and the latest bar closes at midnight.

Omg I don’t know where to start Chantae and Natesha was our favorite staff because they helped us with everything and feel so welcome. Especially Chantae! The electric in the resort went out, the shower was clogged, the water stopped working after certain hour, the food on the resort was not the best. There was no type of authentic food nor were there any other options but jerk sauce with everything. Everything was too lightly fried. Room service options weren’t good.

The set up of room and authentic food some of the staff were real polite.. what I don’t like is making reservations for the restaurants was hard and when you do get a reservation the food not enjoyable example the steak house meat salty, house keeping forget to clean my room for 2 days

The property needs updating. There were roaches in the elevator and on the balcony. At least two people in my family saw them. Also, their check-in system needs updating. I called to mention I'd be delayed and the system flagged me as a no show. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.
