"The property was nothing like the pictures. The receptionist was very friendly. The property itself was not very good. The sliding door to the balcony was broken, the tub didn’t drain and overall it just wasn’t as wxpected."

"The property was beautiful and the service was phenomenal. We had an amazing chef Raquel and butler Ryan. They accommodated our every need and Ryan had a lot of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Would love to come back!!"

"Very quiet and comfortable. Grounds were maintained and the beach is right outside the back gate of the property. The only issue was internet access. Maybe it was due to the recent hurricane, so I want consider that a negative. We had our global hotspot, so we managed. "

"Very nice complete with cooking are...easher abd dryer.....in a safe and secure gsted communiry...beautiful beach for swimming....."

"It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! "

"They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room -the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh. The flooring need cleaning The electronic not functional period. The bathroom shower dirty. The walls was stripping and needs of painting. "I would say this was an amazing introduction to Jamaica! I loved the cuisine (on and off the property), entertainment was excellent! Staff undoubtedly catered to guests needs relentlessly. They also maintained the grounds and property amazingly, there was always someone tidying up, but mindfully not disturbing any guest. We even got turn down service on the day we checked out! I’d like to especially thank Andre and the director of entertainment because they helped me arrange a birthday surprise...

"I would say this was an amazing introduction to Jamaica! I loved the cuisine (on and off the property), entertainment was excellent! Staff undoubtedly catered to guests needs relentlessly. They also maintained the grounds and property amazingly, there was always someone tidying up, but mindfully not disturbing any guest. We even got turn down service on the day we checked out! I’d like to especially thank Andre and the director of entertainment because they helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband which is now an unforgettable moment for us lol! Being able to walk to shops and the club was also a bonus, we only needed taxis when we went on excursions. A beautiful, intimate resort with so much to offer, I can’t wait to go back!"
