"You had to wait long for food to be served. It would be nice if a receptionist is around till 7pm. Also having a tea towel to dry up the dishes helps. I will definitely come back again because the staffs are helpful and friendly. The rooms are near the beach front, you can't get any closer than that. The resort is rustic and homely. thank you "

"Very quiet and comfortable. Grounds were maintained and the beach is right outside the back gate of the property. The only issue was internet access. Maybe it was due to the recent hurricane, so I want consider that a negative. We had our global hotspot, so we managed. "

"The host was great! They were very responsive to our messages, and they were always willing to help us with anything we needed. The apartment was clean and well-furnished, and it was located in a great location near Jam West with restaurants/cafe and beautiful beach area. We would definitely stay with them again!"

"It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! "

"It might be a nice place if they communicated with their customers.... But because they would not communicate with me I wound up . not happy . I think this property is okay if you Never have a need to communicate with the management."

"Nice location, quiet, lots of shopping, restaurants. Some units need upgrade but if you are the party Type and just want somewhere to crash|sleep this is an ideal spot. Not your 7 star experience. "

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food in the Mo'bay and the Negril and Jerk shacks were good, and the staff very attentive. We were there at the busiest time of the year, so the ala cart restaurant -that we went to, the Japanese one was very slow. But the food was very good. Everyone in our family had a great time. "

"The property had a great exterior, the staffs was amazing, and the food was delicious. I loved that there were plenty of activities on-site, so we didn't have to leave to have fun. However, the rooms were in poor condition and need an upgrade. When we checked in, we saw a lizard in the lobby and a roach in our room. There also a protest by the staffs over not being paid before Christmas, which caused delays in service. "

"Excellent location on the beach, great staff, comfortable rooms, good restaurant and bar, great pools and great location. Our room was a little dated, but comparably price wise; this place is great value. Overall I look forward to returning ….. and I don’t say that often. Will be my first choice in wonderful Negril."

"This was my second stay at the property. I find the room clean, great views, quiet, comfortable bed, ac ad stocked fridge. The pools are wonderful, and the beach is great. Love sunset beach. I miss the adult only areas that were available in my first stay in 2022 that has been replaced with Signature Level. I wish I would have known so all of our party either got the signature level or not so we could go to all the same places. The staff was wonderful, friendly and went out of their way to help. I wish there was a quicker way to check in and out and the different locations to check in explained better. Jerk chicken was great, and the Christmas day buffet was wonderful. Bingo was great. "

"Very clean, lots of amenities. Conveniently located to major businesses, and is literally 3 minutes from the airport which is perfect. It provides a shuttle to and from the airport as well, for a small fee. Paul, our driver, is so nice and gave us good options regarding shopping and food. Glad I stayed at Toby’s. "
