"I was stayed for 1 night at room 309. My point of views are: 1.Room - not soundproof - can clearly hear the sound of children crying in the next room and sound of a door is opened or closed 2.Mattress - quite dusty and body seemed irritated when sleeping in bed 3.Air Conditioning - switch temperature suddenly - make a noise at certain time - produce ice and make noise when it drop to the floor. 4. "They provided a baby cot just as expected. It would be nice if all the websites listed this availability though. They provided plenty of waterbottles for our stay, especially since I needed a lot for breastfeeding. Breakfast was ample and delicious. They allowed us to go back and forth for second breakfast during the hours. Using the phone line was a bit confusing though. Very comfortable bedding"

"Super convenient if ypu want to go to sunway lagoon. Its very close. Shopping mall is link to the hotel. Everything abt the hotel is clean and huge. I love the king size bed is huge and toilet is huge. The only problem i have is, most shops open at 10am. So to get breakfast outside hotel is limited. But i highly recommend for family with children to stay there if plan to go to sunway lagoon theme park. "

"Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place."
