Coffee tray and tissue holder needs to be changed. Everything old and tired. BATS bar across the way plays loud music to 2am and also karaoke bar on other side so depends which room you get. "Terrible, no service at all . Won’t stay at the motel anymore no floor mat , no bath towels really run down place totally different what you see at the web page. I should take photos due to I check in around 9pm and was very tired that why I never took any photos ."

"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "
