"Beds not comfortable. Curtains in queen room filthy. Curtain between lift and lobby filthy. Says on key card happiness is in the detail. What detail? Does not exist . Coffee tray and tissue holder needs to be changed. Everything old and tired. BATS bar across the way plays loud music to 2am and also karaoke bar on other side so depends which room you get. "Terrible, no service at all . Won’t stay at the motel anymore no floor mat , no bath towels really run down place totally different what you see at the web page. I should take photos due to I check in around 9pm and was very tired that why I never took any photos ."

"The property shared a building with Point College, so it was basically renting the floor to facilitate as a hotel. I wouldn't mind that; the room was adequate for my stay and met my minimum expectations. Only two things that wasn't good enough: the pillows were so thin as if they have been used since 10 years ago, and despite having so-called WiFi I was not able to connect at all. "I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "
