"welp.. I got a basic tree house unit. There is a wear and tear sign in the unit. Broken pipe holder in the bathroom. Wear and tear on the kitchen cabinet. The air condition got a leaking after a while. The location is good. Easy to reach a lot of interesting places. The view is nice. I can see a whole area from the 31st floor. Sunrise in the morning is beautiful. Next time, I prefer another unit from the picture. Not this one. =)"

"This property should not be listed in Expedia and I am shocked they allow this to happen. There is no check in desk. Several times I attempted to contact the hotel prior to arrival to see exactly what the check in procedure was. I never received and answer. I had to book another hotel and ended up losing $300 as I could not count on these people meeting me after a 30 hour journey to Malaysia. It appear this room is a BNB and owned by the mainland Chinese. Everyone should avoid booking this...
