"This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable "

"The room was very spacious with a nice bed, sitting areas and desk. The lobby is very tiny, adjacent to the lobby there is a an eating area where they serve breakfast, lunch etc., can be used as a waiting area since the lobby is so small. they need to change the carpet on the stair s."

"Good location.. you can hear everything though because of the very near soccer field. Besides that we had a great time"

"We left early to go to Machu Picchu and were given a takeaway lunch to compensate the breakfast we'd miss;very appreciated but it was a stale roll with 1 slice of cheese. The room was cold and the curtain fell.we were on the 3rd level facing the town square. This was the only saving grace as we got a real insight into the community spirit and a view into what it's like living in this beautiful place."

"Breakfast & the location was great, we had to cancel the reservations because there wasn’t any heat. The weather was cold and rainy, cold air came inside the room from the door & bathroom window which didn’t seal/close properly. Large black spider visited us & we had to report no hot water… maintenance came ran water for >5minutes, ran sink & shower & flushed toilet to make water lukewarm. "Very bad experience!!! Once we got there, they wanted to charge us significantly more than what we booked with hotels.com; it took over 30 mins of arguing before they honored the right price. Customer was completely awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! To make things worse, no hot water and the room walls are paper thin. You could hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel. Oh... then to save not paying hotels.com a commission fee, they cancelled my booking. Now I'm going to have to fight to...
