"My mother had an excellent stay at this hotel during her business trip. The staff was exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to ensure her comfort. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. She particularly appreciated the convenient location. Overall, it was a superb experience that made her trip pleasant and hassle-free."

"Nice and clean but stale. Typical Lima apartment issues, bad plumbing so it smells gross after toilet use, and the owmer tried to charge us for pee on the bed whem it was merely tea spilled, and i think a miscommunication due to language barrier."

"This was a nice apartment with a great view of Cusco. The owners (while not english speaking) were very nice and even organised washing for us. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen / lounge area was nice. A couple of things to note about the property. In winter it gets quite cold (there is a oil fin heater provided). The bathroom is very little (which is standard for Cusco) and the shower has a retrofitted heater shower head. These seem to be in all places that don't have a hot water supply,...

"The service from we entered the doors in the reception at the hotel was disastrous. At the first level, they had no clue about our reservations through Hotels.com. There was also another couple with us that also did its reservation through Hotels.com, and ten minutes before our arrival they call us in the car saying that the hotel has to cancel their reservation due to waterleakage in the room. "The property was quite different from what was promised in the pictures. The apartment was worn down, our kids were not allowed to use the pool, we did not get enough towels for the family of 5, the elevator broke down several times. The location was amazing though. Right in the center of Barranco - our favorite neighborhood in Lima (we also visited Miraflores, San Isidro and the Historic center). The dining was great, wall paintings so beatiful, many small shops hiden away from the main street...
