Professional and cheerful!
The staff and service were great! I was there for the Latin American Blind Union and I saw how the staff were well trained to serve and support those with vision disabilities professionally and cheerfully. Next door is a mall which is very convenient and I recommend La Nacional.

My documents were stolen near the airport , when I asked for help at the reception desk , service was declined due to the lack of documents . I plead for help , showing them that I had my documents on my phone , I shower them my credentials and my reservation number that I had for that night . Walkable distance to Centro area, however it seemed like limited dining or if you are okay fast food… also rooms felt smelly as there were NO Air condition unit (wrong information on website?). Hotel stuff and breakfast were were great and also this hotel is used by Airline (lots of flight attendant) so guess good hotel? Anyway it was okay to stay couple of days here but if you are planning more than that, suggest to go different (well least I’m saying) and have more option for day and night. Otherwise good hotel, security and well established so easy to get Uber.
