"I want to start by mentioning the service-my favorite thing about Hotel Novotel. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to help. And they do it very quickly and with a smile. The lobby is beautiful and historic. A lively place to hand out and drink mate which is provided nearly 24 hrs per day. The rooms are fairly basic but large. I had a king room. "This is the best hotel ever! The staff is impeccable and we felt really well taken care of. They remember what you did the day before, ask you how it was, and the concierge service is amazing. If you need transportation you must hire Authoro, he drove us to different historical sites, different little quaint towns, and made our trip something we will never forget. If you are in Cusco, you MUST stay at this hotel for a trip of a lifetime! "

"Above and beyond! The service staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. The property is gorgeous. The location is in the middle of every downtown Cusco. Plaza de Armas few minutes away. Food at the restaurant is amazing and they make sure your needs are taken care of no matter the request. Bravo!!! We’ll be back ❤️"

"The hotel itself is lovely and just what you expect from a Hilton property. The location is not convenient though, on a map it looks close to the main square but it's up a very steep hill. We only stayed one night in between stops and I'm so glad we didn't stay more. It's about a 20 minute walk down the steep hill to the main square and a taxi ride (10-15 soles) back up the hotel. There are no food options around the hotel so you do have to go down. Uber is an option in Cusco as well. "

"This is the second part of a two part stay at this hotel. We had checked out two days previously, been the the sacred valley and Machu Picchu and returned to Casa Andina Premium for one night, we were in the same category room as we had left two days previously, but this time the room was very inferior! The room was a much smaller space, so much so we had to put our suitcase in the bathroom, there was no ceiling fan (which was needed that night) and there was a giant window in the bathroom...

Perfect spot in Central Cusco

"Amazing hotel, the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had a great stay. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to all the main city centre sites. The room was comfortable with a heater and ceiling fan for the ever changing Cusco weather. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, and the food was very tasty and fresh, would recommend. Breakfast was varied and there was something for everyone."

It had a large desk, refrigerator and coffee/tea bar. The bathroom was nice and had great water pressure, lots of hot water and thick towels. The bed was very comfortable for me. I like a firm mattress which it had. I know some reviewers have complained about noise but I found it very quiet. My room was at the back of the hotel. I didn’t have an opportunity to try the spa or the restaurant so I cannot give any information about that. All in all, I highly recommended Hotel Novotel. It’s a great value! "
