"The 1890 Freeman House is a beautifully updated, elegant house. Our room had everything we needed and we had access to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee and tea service. Shannon was incredibly easy to work with and responded immediately to messsages. Her mom, Jan, is a treasure! We will stay with them again for sure!"

"Beautiful spacious and inviting classic house! Our hostess was outstanding, very friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in was “The Preacher” and it was outstanding. Very large, comfortable with an incredible bed and a 7 foot claw foot soaking tub. Breakfast was delicious! Belgian waffles with fresh fruit, juice and coffee. "

" the receptionist was up front and let me know that there was no hot water and if we wanted to cancel. we were just there for one night, 3 three kids and myself. Area was good, Room was okay, couple stains in bathroom nothing you just can't wipe down. Our room wasn't ready when we got there at about 330- check in is at 3- but they worked hard to get it clean quickly and we only had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The manager said they had a lot of late check outs that morning. Overall the hotel appeared and smelled clean except on the 2nd night when we got to our floor the smell of Marijuana was so heavy, we could hardly breathe. "Most of the staff was very friendly and helplful. Property is not brand new but was very clean. Our room was very spacious and loved the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. "Wow, u talk about a minimal aminity room?! There is a bed and a bathroom, and that is it! No closet, no coffee maker, no table and chair, no nothing! Lol Nice bed, nice shower, and a good price. If ur just looking for a place to sleep, itll do just fine. Oh, there is a pool, but its February."
