"The only downside we had was our room was abit cold throughout our night stay, the radiator seemed to be on a timer for a short while, as it worked for a while then didn’t come back on so it felt rather chilly, our room was on the ground floor."

Your receptionist on Sunday morning was very helpful when we checked out and asked if there was anything she could do for my husband which was very nice of her, but he just wanted to get home as he was feeling poorly"

"The hotel has been recently refurbished and on arrival the reception area is spacious and clean. The staff on reception were very friendly and check in was quick. The room itself had a very large double bed and was very comfortable. The leisure facilities were good - it includes a small pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym, all kept very clean and in good order. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the river and less than 10 mins walk from the RSC and town centre. We really enjoed our stay and would love to visit again in the future."

"I stayed for a night after show set up at the NEC. It was only a short drive and easy to get to! Car park was not obvious but was behind the hotel and once i had found it was safe and easy to park! Room was clean and comfy. Nice bed and the tv worked! Just what i needed after an exhausting day! (Lots of places to eat right outside the door and supermarkets very close!)"
