Nice hotel, staff need training, very willing.
"Ideal location for Stratford. Hotel rooms clean and functional. Dinner was a challenge, the food was excellent but the front of house staff were very limited in training and had to be chased constantly for everything. Checkin became complicated and the manager had to step in, just more training required ..."
