"The hotel is new and modern. However, the room was really small. There is no swimming pool in this hotel. The staff is nice and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent. Generally speaking, it was a good experience in a hotel that is close to the beach sand in the center of Patong. Will recommend this hotel to my friends."

"The hotel is located within 3 minutes of patong beach. Around the corner is bangla road. Downstairs is 7-11. Next door is the coffee club and plenty of masssge shops. The hotel is clean, big refrigerator and good air conditioning. The manager Zar is accommodating, attentive and quick to assist. I extended my stay. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in my next visit. "

"Great stay for the price it was. Property is a bit dated, as can be seen in the bathroom and room for example. However, it was quite clean. Bed is quite stiff in case that bothers you. Also there are no elevators. I stayed on second floor so it was easy enough to get my bag up and down. Staff are quick and friendly. Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong, an IHG Hotel

"Traffic in Phuket is terrible. The location of this hotel makes pick up for activities and cabs. Extremely convenient and cuts off a lot of transit time. The property itself is perfect. Everything is extremely modern and the showers are incredible. I did not dine or opt for the breakfast in the hotel. When you get to Thailand, you’ll notice that smoking is allowed almost everywhere. This hotel has the strictest regulations on where you can’t smoke. There’s only two points on the property where you can smoke. If you’re a non-smoker and want to enjoy your meals and drinks without people chain-smoking around you, this hotel is worth it just for that. I had a room with a balcony view. The only downside is outside the hotel starts getting loud around 8 PM and goes all night. If you stay in the Palong Beach neighborhood, that’s unavoidable no matter what hotel you stay at. But I would caution you if you opt for a balcony room, the view might be nice, But the noise levels are intense. The hotel itself was at full capacity, but extremely quiet inside. No noise from neighboring rooms if you’re looking for a quiet hotel or vacation with family, stay away from Patong Beach and stay in old town instead, but if you want to be right in the middle of the action, This hotel is perfect. "
