"Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in for a couple. The location is about 10 mins from Yokohama station so it was easy to locate. It is near a convenient store and it has a bath on the bottom floor! Clean, great staff that also accommodated us in English, and location is super convenient! Thank you!! "

"We chose this hotel because it was a stone-throw away from K-Arena, where Charlie Puth was playing. What a beautiful hotel, kind staff, spacious room, and delicious breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect. And I was able to pick up my concert tickets from the front desk. Wonderful experience. Wish we could've stayed longer but we had a full itinerary in other areas. Worth it!"

"Lovely hotel only a few minutes from Shin Yokohama station. It’s also attached to a mall where you can get some shopping done. The breakfast buffet add on was affordable and the food options were great as well. Wish I woke up sooner to try more dishes! "

"Great location! Minutes walk to the Yokohama station. Sogo and various malls all around the area. Hotel is very new and the provided room is spacious for us 2 adults with 2 tweenage kids. Like how the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Beds are wide enough for sharing with a kid. Provided amenities are excellent too. My kids loved it too!"

"Amazing place, it was the first hotel we stayed in when we arrrived and it was a great location to get acclimated to the city. It's right by the train station, with plenty of places fo eat. I'd only comment on the laundry machines, as the dryers took a bit long for then to dry clothes. "

Great hotel choice!

"Perfect hotel for our family of 4 (adult children). We had 2 rooms and the location was perfect! The rooms were on the smaller side (and we booked an upgraded room) but very clean and well appointed. There was a cold/hot water dispenser on every floor right outside our room which was nice. Our favorite thing was the delicious breakfast buffet. The Japanese selection was incredible and delicious!! Wonderful coffee plus they also offered western selections. This gave us fuel to last throughout the day. We would definitely stay there again!"
