"Originally booked this hotel due to close proximity to pediatric hospital. My son had a fever the night before we left for the USA and so we needed to get quick access to the hospital if the fever worsened. We checked in at 2300. The front desk still had 2 workers there and there was two bell staff. They unloaded our luggage from the taxi and brought the luggage to our room. "Hotel was lovely and clean in a central part of Saigon. Swimming pool was on top of the building and had a lovely Vietnamese Restaurant and Bar as well. First room was very noisy at night as the bar next door had very loud music. However the staff quickly sorted this the next morning and moved us to another quieter room at the other end of the hotel with absolutely no problem at all. Great service, lovely staff and experience. Would definitely stay here again "

"Arranged an airport transfer from the hotel. The flight was 2 hours late plus it took an hour to get thru customs. "Lovely hotel with great service, bed comfortable pillows amazing. Small negative was shower did not hold a constant temperature, but everything else amazing. If you walk up street and turn right there were multiple food and drink options including 2 craft beer places which was great to see. One last thing the breakfast was amazing and if you’re like me and want to eat local food, they had a chef that made Pho fresh for you. "
