Receptionist alone and called lift man but left waiting with bags. Room lovely. Nicely decorated and equipped. Super coffee bag.Bathroom needed new loo seat. Fabulous breakfast with fruit salad and yoghurt as well as cooked and bakery range. Kind receptionist allowed us to leave our bags on day of departure! "
