"Great views if you get a bayside room, however the building we stayed in (Tower III) was tired and in dire need of a refurb. Frayed and worn carpet (with sharp carpet grips showing through), very little sound insulation and an old uncomfortable bed made our stay a little tiring. Fortunately, the location is excellent with easy walking access to most downtown attractions and the shared spaces in the hotel are well kept."
