"Very convenient location. Nice hotel internally in the lobby. The hotel room is basic, just a bathroom with a shower and a bed with TV. The bed is a small double but an upgrade in quality wouldn't go a miss - the same with the pillows. The view from the first floor window isn't great. Though I did get the cheapest double bed room and for one night, it was fine. I had the cooked breakfast and that was good. Lots of choice. 9am, it was busy. There was a queue. "Excellent location, close to transportation and walkable to Coventry Harden and the British Museum. Did not like the noise level, ask for a room not facing the street. We are on the 5th floor and the room was very hot, no control in the room to adjust. Other than that, would stay again knowing what I know now."

"Really easy check in, room clean. We were given a free bottle of wine for our anniversary and bed set up with towel swans and love hearts was a really nice touch. Well located near a station and only a 10-15 minute walk to Oxford Street. Highly recommend, great value for money in London. "
