The breakfast staff were not as efficient as the evening. They were slow in there service- can’t keep up with dirty dishes, not giving water to customers, having customers wait until they cleared the table, the coffee urn was slow running so people were getting impatient, etc. Our room had black spots around the sink and tub. "We stayed at the transient house A. It was good but it needs detailed cleaning. The sofa covers need to be washed. Some kitchen stuffs like can opener and knives need to be upgraded. The electric kettle doesn’t shut off automatically. Might need replacing. The road was not so great. Caretaker was great and friendly. Overall, it was okay considering the price. "

"This is a hidden gem close to the two big hotels - I only comment I have is that there’s no name in front of the property- being in an unfamiliar place @night, GPS cell too slow or non existent- we passed the property twice - small sign might have helped "

"It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad."

"Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given). They even forgot to provide us free drinking water which they tried to charge us upon...

"I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄"

"Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio."

"Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room. They let someone have access to my room after I was checked in. Thankfully I was inside the room- who knows what that old lady would have done. My privacy and safety was at risk. "It was beautiful hotel. A lot of people couldn’t help but take pictures. I’ve stayed in many hotels and it is top 10 in terms of atmosphere. The staff was very thoughtful and accommodating. The food was excellent. It has a rooftop terrace with views of the city. "
