"Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio."

"We stayed at the transient house A. It was good but it needs detailed cleaning. The sofa covers need to be washed. Some kitchen stuffs like can opener and knives need to be upgraded. The electric kettle doesn’t shut off automatically. Might need replacing. The road was not so great. Caretaker was great and friendly. Overall, it was okay considering the price. "

"When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). "Upon arriving at the place the guard refused to let me in stating that I didnt have reservation. He contacted the manager and when she arrived she informed me that expedia cancelled my reservation. I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations....
