"Toilet kept plugging. We were told by the manager that we could not put toilet paper in the toilet and needed to put in the bin. That is disgusting! The room was in bad condition with stained furniture and beaten-up cheap cabinets. The kitchenette was a joke with no accessories other than a microwave and small refrigerator. The cabinets were completely empty. And finally, upon checking out we had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes while our room was inspected as if we were trying to steal things. Not a nice send off at all. On the positive side, the grounds were beautiful and most of the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. But there were too many problems for us to enjoy our stay."

The kitchen area was clean and well stocked with necessary amenities. We want to thank our host Zeny who was very kind and accommodating. We will definitely come again when we are in Baguio and will recommend to our friends and family. "
