"The bar that is used as double lock for the room was broken, and the cover for the peep hole on the door was also broken. Anybody from outside can peep through it. Also the door has gaps by the door locks that you can peep through. Other than that, our stay was a good. "

"The hotel's location is the main reason I stay here and it's very clean. The staff responded promptly to my request for service. The room doesn't have enough towel bars and not enough ventilation if you just want fresh air."

"Unfortunately I wanted to love this place as I enjoy discovering boutique hotels all over the world. Upon arriving to our hallway of our room there was a musty strong odor but I realized it was just probably the hallway carpet as there is alot of traffic in and out. We dropped off our belongings and came back in the evening and the bathroom reeked with some odor that I felt was coming in from the pipes. The sink water was was not going down. "I wanted to give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent, except the most important, the beds. The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted."

"The Hoka Brew restaurant within the property was very good. It offers a nice variety of dishes. Their coffees tasted really good. Staff were friendly too. Cleanliness of the property needs to improve. The towels were already worn out and some were even stained. Little cockroaches were seen in our room. Noise from the outside halls can be heard inside the rooms. "

"I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room. I don’t know why they call it a deluxe room because there’s nothing luxurious in that room. The room had a musty odor and the bedsheets were damp.
