Clean spacious room. So nice of the desk staff person to upgrade us from a double bed too. To a king suite . On Expedia the room was twice as expensive but she upgraded us at our request at no extra charge Will definitely return to Ramada Ottawa when we return

Experience issue with pre-booking from Expedia was about to get charged extra. Room was pre selected with gift inside but reception gave wrong room. We unload everything then i went and asked for the gift and they said it was wrong room 235 and they gave the access card for 322 then card me in room 235 while loading that they gave wrong card again and it should have been 321. When back to reception 4th time to get right keys
