"It’s quite pricey. Our family room was very tight. It was immaculate. The employees are very good. Our breakfast guy, Hasan, was terrific. As gluten free I found no one to help me with desserts. "Just a perfect location to take the family. Had everything from great entertainment for the kids to lovely restaurants. Staff couldnt do enough and went into every tiny detail to make sure we had a great trip. Our 1 year old had a minor accident and not only were the staff on hand to help but they sent a 'get well soon teddy bear' - its the small things that make the differences and this hotel really delivers that. "We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down. "

"We stayed one night in Skykhan Hotel and it was a quite pleasant experience. The Hotel was cozy and everything seemed brand new. Our stay was unplanned and we just picked up the hotel based on the reviews and its location. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. But most importantly, the staff was wonderful.
