"Staff were so friendly and welcoming, Kasaba is in a great location, near bus stop and beach, and favourite lunch restaurant Gogo. The pool is great. Kasaba has been wonderful! "

"Just a perfect location to take the family. Had everything from great entertainment for the kids to lovely restaurants. Staff couldnt do enough and went into every tiny detail to make sure we had a great trip. Our 1 year old had a minor accident and not only were the staff on hand to help but they sent a 'get well soon teddy bear' - its the small things that make the differences and this hotel really delivers that. Thank you for an amazing holiday! "

"Great place for our stay in the area. Location is right next to Calis beach. The room was clean and facilities were as stated. Excellent service was provided by the helpful staff especially Batur. There is a restaurant on the ground floor but we did not have time to have a bite. However we did have the included Turkish breakfast which was more than adequate for us. Would I stay there again and would I recommend a stay here? YES."

"We stayed for a couple of nights that coincided with a a heat wave. Rooms have AC but you need the key to operate them and when we were out room got really hot, and took a while to bring the temperature down to a reasonable level. Otherwise the hotel is fine, good folks, nice pool, decent breakfast. "

"I booked 9 nights for my friend. She only stayed one night as it was so awful. Firstly they weren’t expecting her. We were told before arrival that there was a buffet breakfast. The room was filthy, there was only the sheet covering the mattress on the bed, the bin was already full, there was a dirty sock, dirty tissues, bottle caps and fluff under the bed, the sink was cracked at the side and had a rim of dirt, the shower floor was dirty. My friend who I booked it for was told in the morning there was no breakfast as it wasn’t worth them doing it for just one person. To top it all off they told me I could start the refund process with Expedia but then refused to refund us for the nights she didn’t stay. "
