"There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."

"Usually in hotels you can leave your suitcase if the plane is after check-out and then take a shower. It is logical that the guest will spend time on the beach after check out and want to wash up after it. This hotel does not have this service. Although the hotel is 4 stars. I found garbage in the sea, it was dirty. They use a lot of plastic in the hotel. Zero eco friendliness. Wi-fi did not work, the reception did not help to set it up. They said that they could not do anything about it....

"The view is priceless! And the breakfast serves over the water which is wonderful. However, the motel itself is old and overused. The sheets were clean but the corridors are really dirty and there is no hot water really! I wasn’t able to take shower. "Absolutely awful, so bad I didn’t stay there. As a single woman I felt unsafe. The door didn’t lock and the receptionist expected me to stay in the room anyway. There was clearly deals happening that showed it wasn’t just a hotel for sleeping in. I had to pay for another hotel and didn’t receive a refund. It ruined my trip."
