"Chambre propre et agréable en soit. L'isolation de la chambre pas au top on entendait la télé d'une autre chambre L'eau de la douche n'était pas très chaude. "Bin in bathroom had previous occupants rubbish. Bin in bedroom not emptied during entire stay. Pubic hairs in corner of bathroom, still there 5 days later. Sheets not changed for 5 nights despite cut elbow blood on sheets on first night and 27-30 degree heat. If opened window before 10pm fumes from next door extractor fan enveloped room and no air con available just fan for 30 degree heat. "

"This was the nicest place to stay, we hade the quadruple room on the ground floor and it was perfect for us. The bed was great as it was adjustable. We had arrived early after an overnight ferry and the host was happy to give us access well before the check in time , which meant we could have an unexpected trip to Brussels (which he helped us with, giving us advice on the local trains etc).. Excellent. But.....

"I found the hotel convenient for Brussels Midi station. I was disappointed the restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening. I had to go out in my wheelchair to find somewhere to eat, which luckily wasn't far. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a show is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair with the heycard having to be removed from the light switch. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs."

"Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel ambas veces con familia con niños. Está muy cerca de la estación de Bruselas Midi y a pasos de una estación del metro. Es muy conveniente para visitar los mercados navideños y para hacer excusiones de un día a otras ciudades de Bélgica. El único problema es que la zona de Bruselas Midi siempre parece insegura, como muchas otras grandes estaciones en Francia o Italia. Hay personas deambulando o personas durmiendo en la calle o la estación. Pero fuera de eso el hotel tiene excelentes habitaciones familiares y un buen desayuno. Y todo está ordenado u muy limpio. "

"I have staid here before as it is close to the Midi station. But each time I am always pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the comfortable rooms. It is very easy to get to most places in the city from there as well. "

Unbelievable experience

"This was our second time here. We felt so rested the room was so comfortable,. Everything was above expectation and didn't disappoint, I love the bed, slept like babies. My husband and I are tall people and we felt like ants in that bed. It was so damn comfortable and bathroom was so classy with everything you need and everything was of good quality not the dry stuff that leaves your skin itching. The staff was lovely and the restaurant had a lot of options on offer for all meals.one of the best burgers I've had and pheasant breast and the beef stew thingy was yum. Will go back if I can again. Great experience"
