"I was allowed to check in early with no issue. My apartment was upgraded because the original apartment had an issue. Check out was really easy. I was a little uncertain where i should put the trash at checkout, but it appears to be more of a city issue than the apartment."

"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"The property was close to the train station and grocery stores, and within walking distance of the Old Town. It was a bit noisy at night (sirens). We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft). "

"This was a perfect stay close to train station (5 min walk), clean spacious room, property manager greeted us and explained how to use everything. Washer/dryer very convenient. Candy bowl at entry was a nice special touch Beds super comfortable. Nice location very walkable. Electric bikes for rent nearby and I highly recommend them for getting around. "The hotel is very convenient being close to the MIDI station. For a short trip when all you really want is somewhere to sleep it’s fine but the cups in the room are ridiculously small. Not everyone drinks coffee. That apart and the idiot guests who think it’s ok to slam doors and talk loudly at 3 am it’s fine. I’d stay there again but take my own mug. "

"The property is perfectly located if you are stopping over in Brussels for a nightvas it is located within the train station. Its a clean and comfortable hotel and the staff were very nice. Only issue we had was the shower door would not close properly and the shower would not deain. We have advised the hotel so im sure they will repair. Overall, a god place to spend a night."
