Great hotel, lovely team.. memorable stay.
It was one of the best hotels we stayed in. We stayed in the family suite, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and made our stay a memorable one. We planned to stay only one night, but we came back for the second night despite paying for Novotel Cretail (never recommend this to anyone) in Paris. The kids insisted we go back to this hotel. A big thank you to the team.

Great stay!
Absolutely fantastic. Room was very nice with plenty of room and a nice design. Good breakfast included too. Just be warned parking can be a bit limited due to building work around the hotel as part of a parking expansion.

It was a nice hotel but far from the city center (takes 40-45 min) so we ended up taking Uber mostly to save time. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel. Overall, everything was great except the kitchen has no stove top and the checkout process took way too long. This needs to be automated.

The elevator was not going to our floor with our key card at least 50 percent of the time, the outlet in the bath had to be f repaired. The usb ports by my bed didn’t work. And when our plane was delayed I sent an email to the hotel saying we couldn’t make it, they received it but I couldn’t change it with them, because I reserved in Expedia. I couldn’t Reach Expedia to do so so we were charged for a day we didn’t stay

Although the room was plush it over looked a building site which is not explained when booking, buses outside do not run on weekends.Staff seem to have no knowledge of local transport time tables only offering taxi services to the centre. Very disappointed with hotels location would not use again
