"My wife and I spent two nights with Andy & Pip at the lodge at the start of our New Zealand vacation. They were great hosts, picked us up at the ferry dock, helped guide us with local transportation options (take advantage of the bus system to the local wineries) and Pip provided a wonderful breakfast that was a highlight of our visit. "The bed was awesome to sleep sleep on with clean white bedding. Toilet seat was loose, shower was fantastic but needs an updating with new clean tiles etc all around and shelf for shampoo's etc. Carpet needs cleaning and kitchen facilities needs attending too. Bigger cups and spoons to stir your tea and tea towels. More milk and tea,coffee. My Television did not work either. But I got a very good sleep."

"Had a great stay and the beds were SO comfy. It was spacious for the 4 of us and staff at the front desk was very nice. Its conveniently close to the airport which was great as well. Did seem like it you had to be wary of leaving things in your car, but we had no problems and would stay again."
