The resort fee that is supposed to be waved I do not know as we were checking out there was just one person and about 10 people waiting, we waited 20 minutes so we just left the room keys. "We stayed for 2 nights, good looking lobby, clean, comfortable beds and wonderful client services. On arrival, they gave us 2 chocolate cookies and 2 bottle of water. Bathtub and sink are a bit clog and unit is also a bit outdated. Close to the lovely Japanese town. I definitely will stay at this hotel again. "
