"It's conveniently located to the station, although Google maps takes you on a really random route. Standard room for two is cosy but, decent enough to have as a base. It's well stocked with good quality amenities and is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have a chance to try out the spa. Overall brilliant experience for a well reasonable price. Would easily recommend."

"The room was OK, small size but enough for what it's used. We didn't have any problems and the staff were helpful. The bed was too firm, as it tends to be the case in most places in Japan. The pillow in the room was like a brick. Luckily you can go downstairs and choose a different pillow from some shelves, which we didn't find in other hotels. "Bed was very comfy! View from my room was amazing! Great facilities! Staff were helpful and polite! The only down side was I missed out on Hitsumabushi as I did not know that there were limited quantities. I should have been informed at checkin as I had breakfast included in my room rate so I had salmon instead which was amazingly tasty!"
