"We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is an older hotel but absolutely blew us away with the room and service provided. The room was huge, had everything plus more. The room service was top notch and housekeeping A grade. As foreigners who couldn’t speak Japanese we’d like to thank the hosts of this hotel for your utmost patience with us. "It was a perfect stay for us. Room was huge. My husband caught a bad flu on the second night so we had to stay indoor for the following day, and I felt extremely lucky we stayed here as the room was big enough to offer the comfort we needed. The hotel staff was extremely professional and friendly. They lend us themometer and helped to call the 24 hours drug store and booked taxi for me upon my requests. Overall stay was very pleasant and highly recommended!"
