The hotel provided an efficient shuttle service to both a local rail station and the larger Odawara major train station. "

"Grand old place in need of a big clean, but absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff were fantastic; friendly and helpful. The dining room and food stations were unbelievable. A pianist was playing during dinner. It was amazing. Nice hot Onsen too. One was outside overlooking the ocean. Very special. I loved that I could have the window open. The room was so spacious and the view was incredible."
