"Lovely historic building, with stylish and welcoming interiors in all rooms and a lovely roaring fire in the reception area. Lots of nice comfy sofas and seating areas. Bedroom was very comfortable, nicely decorated, the en suite was modern and well maintained. Dinner menu was delicious, with attentive and curteous waiting on tables. Breakfast was also exemplary. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer if we could. "

"From start to finish our stay was lovely! We called the night prior to make sure everything was okay and Tim was very nice to speak with and even offered to collect us from the train station! "lovely property in a peaceful village setting, with good road links to where I needed to be. this is my 4th visit to "The Buck" and it never disappoints, they even managed to fit me in for a lovely dinner despite the pub being VERY busy with diners. hopefully be staying there again in december "

"The property is impressive from the outside, cosy and comfortable on the inside. The staff are warm and friendly and welcoming. the facilities are good, lovely swimming pool nice bar and restaurant.
