"We tried calling costumer service from the room several times with no response but other then that everything was good."

"My son and I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom located in the hallway. The room was small but nice and clean, and the bathroom was large enough that we never had to wait in line. Tom and the staff at check-in were very helpful. The outdoor heated pool and steam room were excellent for relieving the soreness in our legs after skiing. The bus stop for the ski areas is just a 5-minute walk away. We didn't boot-up as you have the walk also after the bus drops you off. Breakfast was great as well. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. "

"Very cool place with a lot of history right next to the Hot Springs. If you’re looking for something different, then this is the hotel. A restaurant on property breakfast to dinner is served. "
