"The property and family that run it are great. I chose the property for it's quiet location after the chaos of Hanoi. Unfortunately construction work very near by was very loud during the day starting early in the morning and going on all day. Very sad for the business. They did provide ear plugs but didn't really fix the issues 🌺"

The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. "What an awesome stay. We had issues with our prior stay in Tam Coc, had to book last minute. Was greeted by the family. She checked us into our private rooms. Super nice and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and just a short walk to one of the main areas. The breakfast was included in the morning. It was decent. The family was all there helping and it actually brought a smile to my face seeing the babies run around while the adults tended to the propertyand guests. We ended up renting...
