"It was in an excellent location to use as a home base for discovering London. We used public transportation including the Thames Uber boat. The restaurant was nice and even had gluten free options for my wife. Our view of the Tower Bridge from our room was spectacular. When we arrived the safe in our room was locked, so we had to ask for assistance getting it open. The gentleman (Richard) was on it in a flash! He was courteous and enjoyable to talk with. We will stay here in the future of on...

"Àn architectural wonder - it’s round shaped - and so very well located. I got sick when I stayed here for work and most of the staff were amazingly kind to me about it. The woman who answers the main phone line was quite unhelpful when I tried to call to ask for an extra day and other things, but literally everyone else very helpful. Definitely worth it. "

"Hotel is in outstanding location. It’s the best in my opinion. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We arrived very early due to our flight. They were able to provide a room immediately without additional charge for early check-in. Liked everything about the hotel, but was disappointed that a la carts breakfast wasn’t available. We opted out of breakfast buffet. Nothing special and overpriced."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...

"Great location but very bare-minimum, not even standard amenities like a hairdryer are provided. Way to go to the rooms is like a maze. Cumbersome check-in via terminals did not work at first and had to wait for staff to attend. "
