"The property was lovely. The bar and food were amazing. I didn't notice an 'upgrade' on the room, it was a nice king size room, but the shower was very low pressure. There was no breakfast included which was a shame given the price, plus the spa access is only for 1hr (which includes getting ready afterwards) which for someone disabled isn't much time to enjoy the spa facilities. Overall, I would recommend the hotel as the location and restaurant/bar made it 5 stars!"

"Stayed here solely to be able to walk to Terminal 5 for an early morning flight. This would have been a higher rating if the heating had been working and the room been warmer. I ended up having to move room and even though a member of staff helped, the new room was quite a way a way and took me a while to do."

"We were in Berlin for the World Money Fair. 3 night stay at the Adlon. The location is perfect for any first time visitor - right adajacent to Brandedburg Gate. Check-in was a nice welcome, although as we were early one room wasn't ready. No mention of upgrade, despite my top level of expedia loyalty. No probs, though. The room was fairly average, despite paying for third best option. Two single beds instead of the requested king bed. The room keys are pathetic. Someone on a 'green...
