When I got to the hotel with only my credit card, the staff at the drop off did not miss a beat and escorted me to registration and promptly paid the driver. Unbelievable service to immediately fix a nightmare issue of my own making. The hotel and room are spectacular and flawless. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at."

"The hotel is in a great central location and there are both MRT stations and taxi stands nearby. I appreciated having the mall next door to grab a quick bite or stop by the 7-11 for a SIM card. The thing I appreciated most was that I was able to get access to our room early in the day which was great as we had taken a red-eye and desperately needed a nap. I know that's not guaranteed by any hotel but they somehow made it happen!"

We just back to the room with no issues.And hotel rang us and prepared another take away fish&chips and send to our room.
