"The front desk people are amazing…very accommodating, helpful, and polite. The restaurant is charming, elegant but comfortable. The staff is attentive. The live music is very enjoyable and the volume is perfect…not too loud …so that you can still have conversation. The food is great. The expresso martinis are NOT good. Our Harbourfront room was beautiful, so comfortable, with a comfortable mattress and great pillows. It’s one of the few hotels that provides fresh towels every day! Thank you. "

"Reaĺly enjoyed our stay for the 2 nights. Hotel is wrll situated for Downtown Events. Seems like a lot of renovation work is ongoing on parts of the Property. But room was great, quiet, clean well upkept. We eill be back when another Event is on in Vancouver. Thank you and all the Staff. "

"This place is yes, expensive. What you get is something like you would expect at a world class hotel. By the way there is one more thing. I have no idea who makes their mattresses, but they are simply the most comfortable beds you can find ... outside Europe. Centrally located for walking to everywhere. The only downer is they have demand pricing so weekends are more expensive. So be it."

"This property was so easy to get to using public transport from Victoria. I love the aromas of the public market, and choices for a quick meal. The room was very large and had a little patio with an view of the water. The complimentary hot breakfast was generous and there were healthy options available. I enjoyed my meal overlooking the ocean and downtown."

"Stayed fr Grey Cup, half the price of hotels downtown with the 12 min seabus to get downtown just a way to enjoy the amazing water views and city transportation without looking for parking. Lonsdale Quey Had amazing food next door. "

"Really enjoyed our stay! Such friendly staff, check out wasn’t until 12 which is a nice change. They also provided a free shuttle to Roger’s for our show. The rooftop hotel also had amazing cocktails and delicious food! Will definitely stay here again "
