"Was nervous when I read the reviews as we've previously stayed in the new apartments BUT the Jade family room was great! Yes a bit worn down but a lovely view, safe feeling, plenty of room for a family of 5 or 6, comfy beds, big tv, full kitchen. Close to sports park & loads of eateries. Handy to motorway. Friendly staff. We will be back! "

"We were at the QT gallery area but I felt the room is bit small with a King size bed. No area to lay down the luggage except put it on the bed. The hotel buffet breakfast is overpriced with no option. Not recommend to have breakfast in the hotel. "

"It was in the back of beyond however there was no shielding the neighbouring property which resembled a rubbish tip. When you went in and out of your room every-time it was an eye sore. The rooms were spacious however the bedding was dirty and stained. The continental breakfast supplied in the room was generous and good. "Amazing service. Everything was top-notch. Beach view is marvelous. This side of Cormandel is not great for swimming though. But a pleasant and peaceful beach walk."

"Amazing location, loungers on the beach, fabulous beach front alfresco dining, on site restaurant served great food with a homely touch. Service was impeccable yet casual and friendly. Large rooms, nice bathrooms. The fit out of the room is nice but fairly basic if comparing to a 4-5 star hotel"

"Great hotel. Very spacious beautiful open planned kitchen dining and lounge room and plenty space and storage for 3 bedrooms. Easy contactless check in/out. Quiet, clean, big windows and warm. Two carparks are there but also a public carpark option is cross the road with early bird discount for $13.50 full day parking 6am-7pm. Easy walking distance to anywhere in city. Bring washing powder to use washing machine. Highly recommend. "
