"Great stay "

"We were treated with great kindness by every staff member. The hotel is extremely well-located for transportation, attractions, restaurants, and cafes. It is a wonderful place from which to experience the vibrant city of Auckland. In terms of room for improvement, our mattress was a bit too hard (and I own and Extra Firm mattress at home.) Also, we experienced a poor wifi connnection in our room."

"Presented well overall, however, the hairdryer is very dated and overheated after a few minutes of use and the extractor fan in the downstairs bathroom was extremely loud. The amenities were nice, the spa bath was lovely and the washer and dryer combo was handy but a separate washer dryer would have been better."

"Well located to shopping area. Easy walk to skytower and casino. All staff were extremely friendly, allowing us to leave our luggage stored prior and after check out. Definitely recommend."
