"Absolutely lovely property- everything you need is right there. Good food, clean property, great pool, beach at your fingertips. Everything was great, EXCEPT it is LOUD most of the time. Live music everywhere, almost all the time. The music in the lobby rattles your walls in the room until 11pm. We were on the second floor and could hear every word and the bass rattled our walls. There was not a single quiet spot to read a book or have a conversation without loud music. "

"I loved the ambiance of the entire hotel and the room was well arranged and comfortable. I would say the staff were not helpful and rude at times. They hung up on us when acquiring about getting the airport shuttle. May have been a communication issue when I asked about it. I had booked a corner suite and was in the M class with access to the club. However I didn’t realize this covered breakfast. I spent $50 for my husband and I to get the breakfast package as well and they wouldn’t refund...
