"The staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was great. An easy walk to Nagoya station and lots of shopping and dining-all within 5-10 minutes. Also easy access to other areas of Nagoya we went to, either on foot or public transport. The room was clean and enough space for two people with 2 backpacks each + 1 medium-sized rolling suitcase. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nagoya. "
