The only comment I would give is that the room acoustic is not up to standard as we can hear traffic from the windows even the windows are closed. "The staff was amazing. The bed was kinda hard and should I say that the following day of my stay I saw a blood stain on my bedsheet that I thought I bled. I called for room service and they were fast to change it. Overall my stay was great just wish they could put more effort in cleaning the room. "

"English speaking staff. Very helpful. Great location for Gangnam shopping - walkable everywhere. Bus (6009) stop to and from Incheon airport is only 100 meters away. Rooms are good reasonable if you are using only to sleep. I was out and shopping all day and used the room only to sleep. Rooms are outdated but gets the job done. "
