"We loved our stay at Melia DaNang. As it is the off season there was a bit of maintenance required around the place but was still kept very clean. We were very impressed with the staff all very helpful and happy to be at work, in particular the Bar supervisor Viet, Gnan from the restaurant and An from customer service were all extremely friendly, helpful and really wanted to serve and learn from us. "시설이 크고 좋습니다. 빌라에서 지내는데 부족한 부분은 없었습니다. 호텔건물과 5분내외로 이동할 수 있어 좋고 짐이있으면 직원분들이 버기카를 태워줍니다. 궁금한게 있다면 Kim Anh에게 물어보면 친절하게 알려줍니다. 대부분 대응은 kim이 친절하게 알려주어서 좋습니다. 아직까지는 사람이 붐비지 않아서 대부분 전세내고 사용하는거 같아서 좋습니다. 항상 잘 웃으면서 대응해주시는 모든 직원분들이 좋아서 다시 방문하고 싶어요."
