They were super friendly every morning and gave us a lift to the slopes (so we ended up being faster than people staying the the middle of Hirafu). They were also warm and helpful in last minute ad hoc requests which made our stay very smooth and memorable."

"The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in.
The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning.
The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised.

"We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room.
