"Upper levels has great views but is hotel is next to subway track so it can be heard. Not an issue for me but annoys my husband. They do semi-cleaning daily but for new clean bedsheets and wash of cups you need to call front desk by 9 am day of. If you lose your room card, they charge you extra. The bath house is small and crowded but has amenities. Got 2 adjoining rooms for good online price so it was worth it. Just a block and half from Shin-Osaka station. "

"We loved our room because it was spacious, quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were too hard for us, but everything else was great. The location was very convenient for taking the train or metro and it was close to great restaurants and shopping. The amenities at the hotel were great, especially the breakfast buffet which was tasty and had lots of variety. We would stay here again."

"Overall the hotel is really close to Dotonbery. A little pricy with not much amenities. There is a onzen spa, for those who like that activity. The smoking room is not enough as i can breath the second hand smoke when i was in the lobby."

"This is an excellent location to access USJ. We could see the gate from our room and knew when people were starting to line up in the morning. The breakfast buffet was also excellent! A great way to fuel up for the day. Heaps of food options at the hotel doorstep. Super easy access by train too!"

"I like APA. They have all the facilities information on the TV so I can see what/when something is available. The only annoyance for me is the, “no tattoos” in the bath. "

"Not the closest hotel to USJ but only a short walk. Nice large room. Close to train station. with car park just next to it. Only complain is got waken up midnight by someone running at the corridor and dragging their luggage."
